About the Official Dragon Festival blog

Four people out of 50 or so who are Cigarrones residents are currently being prosecuted as 'organisers' of the 2009 Dragon Festival.

Clearly a free festival such as the Dragon has no organisers. People arrive and do their own thing.

The four people currently face fines of exactly 30,050.61 Euros each, with legal fees amounting to upwards of an additional 10,000 Euros, not forgetting personal losses of earnings etc.

If you have ever been to any of the Dragon Festivals over the years or support free festivals generally, you can clearly see the injustice of these four individuals carrying the can.

Therefore we urgently need your financial support.
